Howard University c/o 2011

In 2016, Howard University’s graduating Class of 2011 celebrated their five year commemoration. As alumni, the Class of 2011 was looking for a unique and dynamic way to not only celebrate, but give back to current students.  With the annual Howard Homecoming on the horizon the class decided that there would be no better time to do so. Partnering with Root Branding, through a well thought out and strategic plan Aaron Coad curated the Class of 2011 celebration by providing a weekend full of events, featuring a happy hour, tailgate, brunch as well as custom class memorabilia. By highlighting the class’ accomplishments with custom apparel during the tailgate and creating a stellar donation campaign with social media and email integration leading up to and during the homecoming weekend, the Class of 2011 was able to raise $10,000 to give back to four current seniors at Howard University.
