WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you have made an error and would like to modify your order, please email support@aaroncoad.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that if your order has been processed and prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

WHEN I PLACE AN ITEM IN THE SHOPPING CART, AM I GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item is purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. This item may or may not be restocked in the future, sign up for our newsletter to receive restock notifications and additional updates.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please email us at support@aaroncoad.com within 14 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item. AARON COAD will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
