RETURNS
AARON COAD reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All packages for return must be fully insured. AARON COAD will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Any products that are custom or bespoke are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason.
AARON COAD will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales receipt within 14 days from date of delivery. Any product with modifications are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days from the date of return.
