We designed an electrifying, high-energy experience to amplify brand awareness, foster deeper connections with the ever-expanding Sol de Janeiro community, and offer both education and product trials for new customers—all while driving traffic to retail locations during an exciting six-city summer tour!
To bring this vision to life, we created a dynamic, on-the-go pop-up activation that captured the essence of the Sol-cial Club energy, making a bold splash in high-traffic areas across the United States. This compact, yet captivating experience featured a vibrant VESPA photo moment, a buzzing product sampling bar, and the irresistible ‘Locker of Luck’—an interactive element that added an element of surprise and delight. With every touchpoint, we invited consumers to embrace their "summer selves" and discover Sol de Janeiro's hottest products, infusing each stop with sun-soaked excitement.
The tour spanned eight weeks and brought the Sol de Janeiro experience from Disney Springs in Orlando all the way to Los Angeles, with high-energy stops in Miami, New York, Austin, and Irvine along the way. Each weekend, we activated a fresh wave of enthusiasm, attracting over 15,000 visitors in total. During the tour, we distributed 28,000 exciting giveaways, sparking engagement and enthusiasm around the brand. Most impressively, the activation directly contributed to a phenomenal $200,000 in retail sales, further solidifying Sol de Janeiro’s presence in the hearts of fans across the country.
This summer tour wasn’t just about exposure—it was about creating lasting connections, building excitement around the brand, and ensuring that the Sol de Janeiro experience would stay top of mind long after the activation ended. The results spoke for themselves, with a tremendous boost in brand loyalty, retail traffic, and buzz that will keep on radiating throughout the year.
